David Eaton began his career on the floor of the dynamic Vancouver Stock Exchange. He worked in every aspect of the investment business before structuring transactions to his own account as a financier and investment banker. He has become an expert on bringing ventures to the public market through the CNQ, Canada's new venture Exchange.

David has structured and participated in numerous IPOs, arranged financing for private placements and for brokered transactions in the millions of dollar range.

His expertise lies in introducing capital to opportunity, ideas to financing, management to projects. Through his work he has developed a significant client base which can bring liquidity to share issues and innovative ideas to investors. David has also developed land in North and Central America giving him a wide ranging exposure to the business issues in land development, financing and property offerings.
