Mr. Sze has over 30 years of experience in the financial and securities field. Mr. Sze is a former Council Member from 1996 to 2000 and a former Member of the Main Board Listing Committee from 1997 and 2003 of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

He took a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree at the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Stockbrokers Association Limited.

Mr.Sze has served as a Member of the Insider Dealing Tribunal and has just been named to the Market Misconduct Tribunal reporting directly to the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong. Mr. Sze sits as an Independent Director for a number of major Hong Kong and Chinese public companies.

Mr. Sze is currently active in successfully concluding numerous Currency and Interest Rate Swaps with a China nexus.
