For the past 17 years, Mr. Leung has actively participated in Hong Kong's capital markets. He has extensive experience in dealing with investment banking products and services, including Corporate Finance, Financial Advice, Direct Investment and Stock Brokerage.

Mr. Leung has solid relationships with a number of key regulatory officials within China. His experience has given him a highly developed, practical expertise in understanding Chinese regulations and procedures. Mr. Leung has supervised over 10 successful listings in Hong Kong for clients which have included Chinese State Owned Enterprises.

In addition to his significant experience with IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions have been a cornerstone of Mr. Leungs professional career. Mr. Leung is a senior member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
